Lt. j.g. Fryling's sensor sweep of the area around the three teams doesn't show any external movement near them.

In the large building over the ox bridge, he sees life forms moving around on the second floor. In the buildings suspected to be holding the remainder of the Rostov's crew, life forms appear to be mostly sedentary. The largest concentrations of life signs are in the basement area of the buildings, while it appears that a few life forms are somewhat active on the first floor.

Cole indicates to the team to check the store quietly. As he goes through the motions of searching for the missing equipment, something is playing on his mind.

OOC: How do you want us to go about checking the room? Should do it as we are here.

OOC: Well, you're in an enclosed space with a bunch of sealed barrels. You could attempt to open one of the barrels manually, or you could scan them with a tricorder; I believe Ally has one with her.

Gerald opens a channel to the team leaders. "Careful, I'm seeing movement on the second floor of the building over the bridge. Don't wake the neighbors."

The tricorder whirs quietly in its whisper mode, and a few moments later labels the contents inside the barrels as black powder. By her count, there are 12 barrels in the storage room with them, each 45 kg and capable of powering 1,500 shots.

That is, to use an almost appropriate colloquialism, a buttload of black powder. That's way more powder than they have weapons; someone has big plans....
